Shipping Policy

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit/debit card statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your debit/credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification.

Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed on the checkout page at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your spam/junk folder. If you still have not received an order confirmation email please email hello@bnicolebrand.com for further assistance.  

It takes up to 48 hours for order and payment processing. We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and order is processed. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are USPS and UPS.  If you are unable to track your order, please contact B. Nicole Brand for further assistance. 

Shipping may be delayed due to natural calamity, COVID, war etc. B. Nicole Brand will not be responsible for late delivery in that case. B. Nicole Brand will not be liable in any form for any stolen packages.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY RATES:

Domestic delivery rates are determined during checkout. Rate decided during checkout process shall be the final rate of shipping.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

Standard delivery generally arrives between 3-5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. However, standard delivery range may vary due to many factors like your zip code etc.

CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER:

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Please contact customer care at hello@bnicolebrand.com
